Danny and the Drysdale team were great to work with for our home loan. They were extremely responsive throughout the process and made closing extremely straightforward and quick. Having folks who are nice, easy to work and could be trusted to get the job done made a huge difference in our stress levels as a first time homebuyer, and they've continued to follow up after closing to help us get settled in with payments and paperwork. Also appreciated the well designed online platform for loan applications and payments!
We have used the Danny Drysdale team to finance two home purchases. One of those purchases was out of state for an investment property. For the out of state purchase, they saved us thousands of dollars in fees and a got us out of a long prepayment penalty structure. The whole team is attentive and communicates well. They have always been very supportive and knowledgeable in our transactions with them. We would definitely work with them again in the future.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, punctuality, follow up. All team members are efficient and thorough. Out of ease I could say this is my 2nd time working with Danny and his team, but that is simply not the case. Danny and his team never once stopped helping me or answering any of my questions. Their team is the epitome of customer service and support as it truly knows no bounds. I’m more than thankful for all the support they’ve offered and how much they’ve advised and helped us to make the best decisions possible for our home and financial situations. I couldn’t recommend the Drysdale team enough.
My experience with Danny, Javier, and Megan at Intercap went very well. Overall the Team did a great job helping me purchase my first home. This group is definitely professional and timely in helping getting through the entire process.
