We have worked with others in the past and we chose to work with Danny, initially because he came highly recommended. We knew we made the right choice after the first meeting. He was very patient and willing to explain things to people who aren’t super financially literate. He knows the market on a macro and micro scale, in particular in San Diego very well. Working with the whole team was smooth as well and everyone was nice. I would highly recommend working with Danny and his team.

Danny Drysdale, Branden Tripon and all the staff at Intercap Lending did all the heavy lifting and helped us get our new home! We were especially impressed with how quickly they forwarded the funds to the title company - any issues or questions were quickly explained and handled professionally.
