Excellent service, cost effective and Steve super nice guy.
January 18th, 2018 I had Steve "The Dryer Vent Dude" come to my home and assess my dryer venting issues. My dryer vent on the roof happened to be plugged from a screen the roofers did not remove when I had my roof replaced from the storms back in May of 2016. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He also replaced my dryer extension pipe that goes from the dryer to the wall that the ********** contractors had installed because of the poor quality and fire hazard it created. On November 14, 2017, we had Steve, The Dryer Dude, come out to clean our dryer vent. We still had a flexible tube, and he quickly recommended that we replace it with a metal one that would not catch fire. He also recommended a couple other things he could do to prevent a fire hazard. He was very professional, while being personable. We definitely have noticed our drying time has improved. We absolutely recommend him to service your dryer.
Our experience with Steve was excellent. He was thorough and educational, took the time to show me what needed to be done and why, and was extremely reasonable in pricing. When it comes to home maintenance, it's so important to find professionals who takes pride in their work and do things the right way, and that no doubt includes Steve. We'll be repeat customers for sure.
I cannot recommend enough. We moved into a home and they had a weird dryer vent setup. Steve was able to set it up properly so that air flow would exit our house the correct way and not cause extra blockage. Then he cleaned out our dryer vent that had 20 years of build up. Well worth every penny!
Steve, The Dryer Vent Dude, did a great job. He explained everything he thought needed to be done including prices. He did the work and left my laundry room clean and put back together. I highly recommend.
