Steve was on-time (actually early, but let me know first), evaluated my set-up and made a recommendation that was easy and free. He didn't insist (quite the opposite) that he clean the vent, but I decided to have him do it, just out of an abundance of caution. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
Steve came out and quickly found out my vent screen was full and the vent didn't need to be cleaned, just the screen removed. I'm not sure everyone else would be so honest since wasn't full price for a cleaning and would defiantly call him again. He was running early so checked if could come by early which was appreciated. He was great!
Steve came and impressed us with us comfortable style and yet he was very knowledgeable. We did not need his service ( he's honest! ) but will have him back next year as we will need our duct cleaned next year. We highly recommend him!!

Steve was able to replace and clean torn/blocked up parts of my dryer that were causing a potential fire hazard. Did very quick work and was very friendly!
Steve was able to come over and check out our dryer vents very quickly. A good inspection later revealed things were working just right. I'd highly recommend him for this service!
Steve came to our home a year or two ago and cleaned our dryer vent. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I received an email from him reminding me that it might be time for another inspection. He came over on February 21, 2018 and inspected my dryer and vent. He was once again very thorough and friendly. Steve told me that everything was in good working order and that there was no charge. He does these inspections anywhere in Lincoln for free. I am very pleased to recommend Steve.
