Deceived me into signing the renewal lease 5 months before the end of 1st lease by making false promises that they will give me 3 bed apartment on ground floor in the same price. And now refused to cancel the lease when I am trying to move out of here.

Business with Connor Group should be avoided. They spend more time practicing their sales pitches and offering deals to new residents than caring for the already occupied units. I had a truly great experience at Dock Street prior to them taking over in Fall 2022. In the short time they’ve been here my furnace was out twice and it took multiple calls to convince them it was an ER repair on the coldest winter days. I’ve also witnessed residents complaining about exterior building maintenance that is left unresolved so birds di... read more

This is the worse place in terms of management, I have ever resided. Several issues have occurred. First, I was informed my son could not park his truck on the property, because management considered it to be a junker. This forced me to purchase a garage in order for him to be able to visit. Since, purchasing the garage it has been inoperable most of the time. We went one whole week without being to park in garage and still I have to pay full price. Today, it's not working again. Next, parking is horrible. At least 6 out of ... read more

I lived at one of their properties in Cary, North Carolina. I would give zero stars if I could. They take advantage of you in your "utilities" where they throw random fees at you left and right, totaling around $250 ON TOP of your rent. This is a blatant scam, as the apartment I moved into after had only $50 of additional fees a month. Additionally, my complex had some sort of bundle deal with spectrum which raised my spectrum monthly cost from $70 to $130, and I was told I could not opt out of the TV/Voice package even thou... read more

I reside at a property of Connor group in Louisville, Ky. After numerous attempts to resolve problems with my unit, I have been lied to and ignored. When leaving several voice mails to person in charge of my apartments with no reply I was told “it is at our discretion to return phone calls”. This attitude Trickles down to apartment managers. Very disappointed in the Consideration they give their tenants. One issue is going on 3 months of being unresolved.
