Mike Drefs has been specializing in selling homes in the Garden Lakes Community for many years, and so he was the natural choice for me when I needed to sell my house. I trusted his expert opinions on the local market and feel like he got me the highest amount possible for my property. He and his office are excellent at communication and kept me well abreast of the status of the house being sold. Mike was very helpful in assessing our comments relative to likes & dislikes, and locating houses that closely matched. Do to the facts we were out of state and in AZ for a short period of time, and the market was rapidly rising in price, time was extremely limited for our search. Mike provided us with much of his time. Awesome couple! Hired them to find a tenant on our Garden Lakes home back in 2009. Received several applicants before the For Rent sign went up. They were very thorough in the background and credit checks. We still have the same tenants and had no problems. Defenitely will look them up again if we decide to get another home.
Mary Drefs is great to work with! She knows our neighborhood. She helped me find awesome renters for my home. Now that they are moving on she will help me sell my home. She has helped many of my neighbors buy/sell their homes. I highly recommend Mary.
