I became disabled and needed a lot of help. The Dregs team went above and beyond in helping me succeed!! They also helped me but this house 13 years ago. I called on them for advice through the years for repairs and reliable service people and they always came through!! I am grateful to have known their caring service and would highly recommend them!!!!!! Thank you Dregs Team!

We've used Mike and Mary for 3 separate transactions in the past 10 years. Mike was well prepared and very patient as he showed us many homes for our two purchases. Mary was a great help in finding suitable tenants for our rental and the subsequent sale of our home. They are friendly, personable, knowledgeable and reliable. We'll definitely use them again when the time comes to sell our current home.

Mike and Mary are great people to deal with when it comes to selling or shopping . I used them to market my house here in Palm Valley and was very impressed with their videos ,photos and marketing and knowledge of the current market . Considering they are only charging 4.5 % (vs 6%) they do not 'cut corners' or sell you short on marketing as we were impressed with all the efforts to find a buyer . This home sale could not have been more complicated and time consuming and Mary Drefs went above and beyond, worked diligently with multiple banks to negotiate short sale and provided updates regularly. We found the Drefs team from their area marketing found on the doorstep of the property and was impressed by marketing materials and knowledge of the neighborhood and overall Phoenix market.
