I went there a couple weeks back for a dreadlock install, and I went there a day prior to confirm my appointment so they gave me a number to call and it was the owner and she came off nice, told me that I would be getting a call back from her that never happened. So boom the next day I arrive prompt and when I arrive there’s a receptionist and a stylist on the barber side the receptionist was ok but the owner son that did my hair was really rude and unprofessional. Nice people. Over charged on permanent loc extensions, at first quoted me $300, they tried to make me pay $1000 for 54 locs they put into my hair, some locs thinned and came out bargained for $700 still overpriced. One of the beauticians daughter who “helped” that day did my hair the first 4 hours still charging me a professional rate by the hour. Went to Mukisa locs in Florida, locs were amazing and charged $350 and I have 85 locs❤️ Do not waste time and money on permanent loc services. At all.
