We had Drainman clean out our kitchen sink drain in mid February 2020. We called them because we had used them in the past. And then on March 16, 2020 the sink backed up again. I called Drainman on March 17, 2020 and asked that they come back out again to clean the drain and was told that we would be charged again because they do not provide a warranty for their work. I don't care to have this issue resolved I just want to share my experience with The Drainman. My family has multiple rental properties,we have used The Drainman for several years and have been happy with there service to date. We have had a continuing problem at one location with roots compromising the drain. Mrs. ******, You may not wish to have the issue resolved as you mentioned, in your review of The Drainman, on the BBB, however, we do wish to resolve it. The Drainman has credited the invoice so you owe us nothing. Also, please let us clarify the events of December 8, 2017. Dakota ran his cable 40’ – 60’ through the washer drain in the garage. He pulled back roots and, more importantly, mud. When you pull back mud it means that your line is compromised. He spoke to your son and advised him that the pipe was compromised. That... read more
Brian from The Drainman was here for 3 hours and told us the job would last for 2-3 years after charging over $300. One month later, the problem is worse before. The company is not standing behind their work and wants to charge is full price to have another guy come out. Poor customer service and no guarantees on what is apparently poor work!
Great company to work with, never worry about integrity again...it's right here! John and Dan explained in detail what was necessary and presented a plan to make it happen. Very happy with customer service!
