The workers themselves were very professional and patient with me. Did very good work. What I did have an issue with was the promise of a savings passed on to me. I needed to purchase a better valve for the shower faucet. When discussing with the service they told me to get it put onto their tab at the local plumbing store as they got a much better price and they would pass that price on to me.
