I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from The Dorchester’s leasing office. I was denied for an apartment over two weeks ago, and they agreed to refund my $200 administrative fee. However, I have yet to receive my refund, and every time I call to follow up, I am given the runaround and met with attitude from the leasing agents.
