Someone came out to give us a quote on January 7th. Since that time, we have not been able to reach or speak to anyone, and nobody has called us back. We took our business elsewhere.
RecommendedThey were able to come the same day and repair my garage. The technician went above and beyond, even changing my garage light. Excellent service.
Our garage door would not open this morning. We called The Door Company at 9:30 a.m. and were told a repairman could come between noon and 2 p.m. Jose arrived at 1:30 p.m. (along with Alex) and immediately diagnosed the problem. The belt needed to be replaced. He did not have the part on his truck but said one was available at the shop.
