HORRIBLE FRONT DESK. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS CLINIC! Employee named Jessie is rude, dismissive, and completely untrained in helping navigate patients. The doctors call out a significant amount of times which results in cancelled appointments. All of the staff are unprofessional and lack courtesy and respect, especially Jessie. I get put on hold by her for over an hour each time I call for a simple task. Save yourselves the energy and headaches and avoid this clinic.

I don't recommend coming here if you value being able to reach someone on the phone, and am on hold now as I write this. I've waited on very long holds every time I've called to try to schedule my new patient appointment, the longest being 1 hour 52 minutes even though the system said I was the first caller in line, so it is clearly not a "high call volume" problem like they said in response to another reviewer. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I thought I needed to. I was genuinely surprised by how kind and welcoming everyone here was! I recently moved back to San Diego and needed to establish care here. The front office staff were super kind and Dr. Sanjay was really helpful in explaining everything I asked. Thank you!!

I give them 5 stars because this office is wonderful. The staff is professional and the PA Sarah Bolaños is excellent. She takes time to share any issues, gets you to the appropriate specialists and she is a caring physician. I am grateful to God that she’s my PA and she’s my doctor. I am very happy with her and the staff as I’ve been treating with her for almost 2 years since my move from Orange County. I am recommending her and the staff because they care🤩
