I’ve never experienced such a lack of urgency or concern from an apartment management team. Their maintenance staff seems completely indifferent to residents’ needs, whether it’s an emergency or not. Despite claiming to have “24/7 on-call maintenance,” they ignored my urgent requests for two days — not just once, but twice. It’s absurd and incredibly frustrating to feel so disregarded as a resident. Currently live here; definitely would not recommend it. They are incredibly slow to fix any sort of issue — the leasing office which has hours posted is always locked and it’s always a guess if someone is going to be there or not. Maintenance requests can go for 7+ days before it even gets acknowledged. It really is bad customer service — you are literally paying $2000+ month.

Urine inside microwave when we moved in. We opened the request ticket in Jun and contacted docksmgr email and 0980 number, and now is Aug still no response. Tickets have been marked as completed twice without anyone contacting us. we are not comfortable using any appliances in the kitchen to cook food for our kids. The microwave, oven, and dishwasher remain in the same condition as when we moved in without single use. There are so many issues in the apartment since we moved in. Lousy place to live. They raise rent every year, it’s smack beside railroad tracks & landscaping is done early morning, b/c everyone likes waking up to leaf blowers. It’s such a noisy place to live. Management is shifty shady to say the least. Did I mention paying over $1k in amenity fees every year… No security cameras except for outside of the office. Multiple attempts were made to break into my vehicle while I slept. Management hires foreigners to work on the buildings. Management called the police on me & had their corpo... read more
