My husband and I lived at the Docks for 3 years and probably would not have left if we hadn't bought a house. Living by the river provides beautiful scenery and ample opportunities to hike and explore nature, while still enjoying the conveniences of fox chapel and Aspinwall and quick access to 28. Amenities at the Docks were great, gym is small but has everything that you need and is rarely crowded. I have lived here for over a year now, submitted multiple maintenance requests with still no response. Terrible service for paying over $2000 a month. update: one month later, still waiting for a response on maintenance request, I have been without a washer and dryer for over a month. The previous maintenance requests were marked as "completed" but were never fixed. Funny how I get an immediate response to my review but can't get an update on when my appliances will be replaced.
