I recently applied to move into the apartment. My application was successful, and was immediately charged the $199 admin fee that is due upon move-in. Due to a recent surgery, I inquired about a later availability. Everything thus far was done by phone/online. When I viewed the apartment in person, it did not live up to the pictures. Joshua was awesome , making us feel very welcome and being flexible in showing us an apartment quickly even though we did not have an appointment. He understood our need , being from out of town , and provided a lot of valuable information who triggered us working on the application before even leaving the Docks. Thank you ! Looking forward to living here .
My husband and I lived at the Docks for 3 years and probably would not have left if we hadn't bought a house. Living by the river provides beautiful scenery and ample opportunities to hike and explore nature, while still enjoying the conveniences of fox chapel and Aspinwall and quick access to 28. Amenities at the Docks were great, gym is small but has everything that you need and is rarely crowded.
