I’ve lived here for a few years now and finally had to break my lease due to the constant state of disrepair and disgust this place is in. As of recent there is constantly some free rent for 2 months or half off move in special to get people in the door. The rent is cheap for a reason, and it truthfully is not worth the money they’re asking for with all the things you have to put up with. Shut off our water for 5 days with a hours notice, towed our car with zero notice, cut a hole in our ceiling and took 10 months to repair, literally only cares about getting rent and nothing else. Maintenance has come into our apartment without announcing who they are multiple times. Black mold in the bathroom. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I’ve lived here for only a few months and they have fixed the very few things that have broke quick. I haven’t spoke to Lori, but I can say Ryan has been more than nice. The water off has been stressful, but it’s not the offices fault.
