I can't stop thinking about the pulled bbq duck nachos... Seriously.
We frequent The Dirty Truth about once a month, always get the pretzel which is awesome, the mustard really "gets ya"....the beer menu used to be excellent,now it's just average...Lord Hobo is featured too much, their beers aren't anything special...my only REAL COMPLAINT is if you order a water, it comes out of the tap at room temp, no ice available....really? I know you only serve beer and wine, but seriously consider an ice machine for crying out loud!
Beer is wonderful, so many on tap! Food is subpar and not worth the money. I had a sandwich that had just too many overpowering flavors together.
Awesome place with an incredibly thought out beer selection. A Northampton staple in my opinion.
Love the small menu, which has something for everyone. Pricey, but well worth it. If spending money on food isn't your thing, there are plenty inexpensive odds and ends to satisfy the beer munchies. This is a place to go drink well crafted local beers, even the imports are from local distributers! My only on going qualm is the music volume during the not late night crowd. Strong brews, loud hipsterish music and high ceilings...good god. WHAT?...HUH?
