I ordered 3 cubic yards of garden soil and unfortunately received very expensive composted wood chips with equal parts soil. What changed? Your garden soil was excellent when I ordered it in 2018. I am in the process of attempting to resolve this with you. By tomorrow, I will dispute with my credit card company. Increased demand for your product during Covid-19 pandemic does not justify this rapid decline in quality and integrity.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid 3 weeks ago, and I got excuses as to why they have not delivered. On 5/12/20, I was told that my order was "on the truck for tomorrow," on 5/13/20, I was told that my order was "on the truck for tomorrow," on 5/14/20, I was told my order was "on the truck for tomorrow."

It was so quick easy to get great product and for my raised garden. Every seed and plant is doing so well. I wish I would have known about Dirt Bag a few years ago. Easy, Clean. No weeds. Totally worth it.

Horrible customer service! Ordered my dirt on Monday. Paid on line. When I hadn't heard from them by Wednesday morning I called them. They assured me the dirt would be delivered Thursday or no later than Friday. This morning when my dirt (Saturday) was still not delivered and I called I was treated rudely and condescendingly.
