Adding to my previous review now that I am moved in: The Diplomat is a beautiful building with great amenities, helpful and friendly staff, well maintained and affordable units, and a perfect location. Jaye gave me a tour of the building and I applied the next day. She could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process and she single handedly sold us on the building! Moving out to a different city after living here for almost 2 years but had a great experience! The staff (Emmet, Daisha, and Arthur) are very responsive, attentive, and friendly, and they made everything from move-out to move-in as smooth as possible. The facilities are quite nice and had no pest problems. Would definitely recommend!
I lived here during graduate school in a studio and loved it here! So much... that I came because I moved to NY for work. Daisha and Arthur are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and I can be picky at time The building is CLEAN, never had to deal with any pests. Management does a great job at keeping the areas cleaned, shout out to our cleaning crew! This is my second time living at The Diplomat and I chose to come back (after moving across the country for work) because I've had such a great experience here. I've met wonderful friends and we love the central location. Daisha, Art and all of the staff are super reliable, professional and make The Diplomat a great place to live.
