Moving out to a different city after living here for almost 2 years but had a great experience! The staff (Emmet, Daisha, and Arthur) are very responsive, attentive, and friendly, and they made everything from move-out to move-in as smooth as possible. The facilities are quite nice and had no pest problems. Would definitely recommend!
I lived here during graduate school in a studio and loved it here! So much... that I came because I moved to NY for work. Daisha and Arthur are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and I can be picky at time The building is CLEAN, never had to deal with any pests. Management does a great job at keeping the areas cleaned, shout out to our cleaning crew! This is my second time living at The Diplomat and I chose to come back (after moving across the country for work) because I've had such a great experience here. I've met wonderful friends and we love the central location. Daisha, Art and all of the staff are super reliable, professional and make The Diplomat a great place to live.
I have lived in Washington DC for a long time and have resided The Diplomat for a long time. I have always enjoyed a grocery store selection in the area, and I love the peace & quiet after 11pm. I have always felt safe in my building! If any issues arise with operation of the front door, the laundry room, the gym, our Diplomat team members are all about being informative and action is always swiftly taken to correct any building issues!
