Welcome to the Dinner Bell, where our diners sit around large round lazy susan style tables loaded with a large selection of good down home cooking. You simply spin the lazy susan and within your reach are huge quantities of comfort food including the house specialty, fried eggplant. When any serving dish starts getting empty, out comes a full one from the kitchen. To drink with all this good food, there is only one proper thirst quencher, ice cold sweet tea

Goodness, it was all so good, I think I may have injured myself, but sooner or later, you just have to stop eating. Great home cooking at a really great price. They really need bigger plates so you could fit more on them. Love it every time I go there. I would like to recommend something but there is just no way to pick just one thing.

My daughter and I took a day trip to MS while her kids were out of school for Mardi Gras. She'd never eaten at the Dinner Bell so we went. Her son, who is 8, turned to me and said what a cool concept Mimi. I'd have to agree with him. Enjoyed the atmosphere and of course the food too!
My favorite is the Fried Eggplant and Fried Chicken but it’s all good and the staff is very friendly we will be back!
The Staff was great and the Food was Fantastic. Got to meet the owner who was very personable and busy helping serve us. Fried Chicken Roast Beef excellent. The Vegetables were delicious. Black eyed peas, squash, rice and gravy, Stuffing, fabulous! We live an hour and a half away but we will definitely be back! A Must Go!
