Ragin Cajun Omelette is great!
Got there around 1:30 am, ample space. Left around 3, there was a line to get in. Make sure you get there before the clubs let out!
The "Cajun Style" omelet is my goto choice.

Great atmosphere, open 24 hours, and solid food. They even have a tofu scramble!

Brunch was pretty bad. Beer bratwurst exploded in my face and the skin was inedible. My fiancée's florentine benedict was overly drenched in butter.
The worst pancake ever ..
Good food, reasonable prices. Usually a decent wait though.
