There is such a big difference between the show and reality. Staff asked me for information about different rare items of stars I have. I´ve sent them all they want by pictures, explanations and details. Unfortunately they never answer. Even after 2 following e-mails I wrote - I am still waiting for just a few words. NOTHING ! ARROGANT !!!
The customer service is the best. Thanks to Dina and everyone my transaction was so smooth. Can't wait to receive my memorabilia!
