Literally the Best place in San Diego I looked ALL over San Diego before I finally decided to buy an engagement ring from The Diamond Connection. This place had -hands down- the best prices and even more amazing customer service than any of the other (10+) jewelry stores I went to. The first time I went in Adam and Ryan stayed with me an hour past their closing time while I was looking at their diamonds. hidden jewel This place looks modest from the outside, but don't be fooled! The owner is great and so is the rest of the staff. They are honest and will try to show you lots of possibilities for your budget. And they will spend lots of time with you so that you do not feel pressured or rushed. They will help you design your own ring to create something completely unique, or just choose from one of their settings.
Sonia Super snobby people! they sounded nice on the phone and asked me to come in with my husband and they would buy my $10,000 ring and not low ball me. So, I drove to Old Town and spoke with Ariel, he was the buyer and another snobby older lady. They offered us maybe a $1000.00 for my ring. He said since it's already worn no one would buy it for more. I have a 1.35 carat colorless diamond, sitting on platinum that's supposedly worth $1000.00. LOL! Diamond Connection is the best! I shopped everywhere before I came here. I heard nothing but great reviews about this place. I went to 10 different places and these guys are the best. Not only do they have excellent diamonds, but they went above and beyond to customize the perfect ring in a very short time. I can’t begin to say enough good things, but I’ll try. I stumbled across this beautiful jewelry shop after going to a larger competitor down the street. When you walk in, it’s like unicorns and sunshine. You are warmly greeted and offered a drink and immediate assistance.
