I can’t begin to say enough good things, but I’ll try. I stumbled across this beautiful jewelry shop after going to a larger competitor down the street. When you walk in, it’s like unicorns and sunshine. You are warmly greeted and offered a drink and immediate assistance. Just bought our fourth ring from the Diamond Connection - they have become our family jeweler. They went above and beyond to help celebrate our 5th anniversary with a sapphire version of my very unique wedding band, purchased from them 5 years ago. They made a perfect replica and the quality of the craftsmanship and the stones is unbeatable. My stack is now complete. Stunning!
Not only did they do an amazing job creating my ring initially, but the maintenance and service on follow up has been superb! I bring it in annually to have it cleaned, dipped, and have the the prongs checked. I’m always blown away by how great the service, timing, and shine of the returned product. It’s like a new ring!
