This little dessert shop provides a mini-adventure in itself. Any chocolate lover's mouth will water at the glass-case offerings of pastries, pies, cakes and mousse tortes. All are abundant here. Order a chocolate layer cake to go or have a slice of pie and cup of coffee at the counter or one of the little tables. Along with all of these excellent desserts, you can find a few cookbooks and other accessories, too. Orders are a hit at corporate or other gatherings.

This morning at Zupans I decided to by a German chocolate cake because I felt like it. It was delicious. My only critique is that there isn't MORE of the amazing filling. Perhaps on the top? :-)

They came though and made the most beautiful cake for my wifey
Not professional at all. Several people just sitting around eating their lunch. Felt like we were interrupting them when we came in for our scheduled appointment. Cake was really good, but they wouldn't deliver because they said the icing would melt. It was forecasted to be rainy and cooler that day. Went to Beaverton bakery. Friendly staff who delivered without a problem. Cake was perfect and nothing melted.

We don't have a separate space for employees to eat lunch, I apologize that we were in the way. As for the frosting, we usually recommend fondant if the time of year chosen for the wedding is normally hot & sunny and the cake will be sitting outdoors for any length of time, buttercream made from scratch doesn't hold up as well in those conditions. I am happy to hear that the weather cooperated and that the bakery you chose had no problems.
Thank You Dessert Tray for the delicious slice of Raspberry Lemon Poppyseed cake AND the delicious Russian Tea Cookies! The slice of cake was my Birthday cake! And, well, I simply love the Russian tea cookies :) My husband loves your German Chocolate Cake and the Walnut Brownies too! Thank you for helping my Birthday be special on a rainy day. Thank you for your generosity too!
Picked up a slice of raspberry lemon poppyseed cake and it is tasty. Melts in your mouth goodness. Perfect dessert for this grey rainy day.
