We have lived here 3 years, first a studio and now 1 bd. I love it here so much. The building is beautiful & authentic and the office is highly responsive. It’s so quiet for an apt building. Great location.
Great building unless you have a dog. They don't bother themselves to clean the dog park causing my dog to develop a vaginal infection. Which is pretty costly. I've even called to Corporate/Regional Office to no avail. I certainly won't be renewing my lease as I care too much about my puppy to subject her to their filthy dog park. Ar first they blamed it on their custodian... but when he quit, it got even worse. They've told me themselves it's too be cleaned daily... lucky if it's cleaned once a week. I love living here! It’s a concrete building, so it’s quiet. I love the open floor plan. The utilities are included in the rent, and that makes things pretty hassle free. The building also has a turf doggie area on the third floor for dogs to pee and poop. In the basement is a workout area. The other side has an entertainment room with a couch, tv, pool table, and more. What put this place over the top is the amazing free access rooftop with a great view and 4 propane grills.
