Great apartments in Madison. I had a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom. High ceilings, great appliances, fast response maintenance team. Underground garage parking - never had a problem finding a space or getting in/out with the garage opener. The building manager - Lauren - was great! I signed for the apartment without seeing it beforehand, and I have no regrets in choosing The Depot. To begin, we didn’t end up in the apartment we toured through ULI. We toured a 2 bed 2 bath with a private balcony but were given a 1 bed + den with a shared balcony because the one we toured went off the market, something we were not told prior to sending the lease agreement. In terms of the building, the unit we ended up with has a really strange layout and we get little to no sunlight because our upstairs neighbor’s balcony blocks our only two windows.
