Once again, on time appt no wait very pleasant atmosphere!
I had been a patient here for years until today. I had an appointment at 9:30 and at 8:30 the office manager, Melissa, called to cancel my appointment then lied to me about the Insurance companies role in informing me of the Dentistry canceling their contract with United Concrdia. In all my years in business I have never had an office manager hang up on me twice because she couldn't have a conversation on her poor office practices that coat me time, money, and Inconvenience. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going for a dental visit. My experiences at this location have always been absolutely outstanding. Everyone from entering the office to leaving has always been so kind and understanding. They also are great at getting you in and out efficiently. I love this location!
The staff is very friendly and professional.Keep up the good work.
