I was referred to Spring Oaks by Zoc Doc. I arrived to a nice receptionist and gave my dental information, filled out forms and had a short wait. I was then escorted into the dental chair where the assistant took extensive x-rays; soon the Dentist came and consulted with me what he saw, and thoroughly explained my options and answered my questions. What a peaceful and knowledgeable office! The staff is friendly, the dentist is thorough, and the ambiance is beautiful. I enjoy my visit each time. I had a tooth that cracked and other dentists couldn’t seem to make the repair last. But the dentist at spring oaks were able to make the repair and it has been in place for nearly a year! I trust this office with my teeth and you should too. 10/10 highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Dr. Cortez and his entire team. The staff is friendly, well-organized, and always on top of scheduling—appointments run on time, which I really appreciate. Dr. Cortez was extremely professional throughout my visit. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. His patience and attention to detail truly made the experience a positive one. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Dr. Baes was nice and the dentist office is great. The receptionist was nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend this dentist office and Dr. Baes.
