I’ve gone there since I was a kid I’ve always enjoyed going there besides for the wait time can get out of hand

Had an appointment for 11 a.m. It took well over two hours to be seen. The other patients waiting were murmuring as well they were past their appointment times.
Very bad. My crown was made wrong and after 7 appointments I felt my time and money was wasted. My new one apparantly disappeared and then I was told this is not a customer service line by the dentist herself who gave me her cell number the first time they screwed up. Very sad business they are running here.
Well I was just at the dentist office. I had a 800.00. Dollar crown that chipped. Supposed to be guarantee for 5 years. Told her to fix it and I was going to get a second opinion. I think she does subpare work this is like the 4th crown to come off or crack. Said I threatened her and told me to leave. That is fucked up PPL don't go here her work is not up to par
Been going to them for years I take my kids there. Love the receptionist Denise. Can't stand the new one she is so rude. Everytime I go in there I just want to walk out. Just because of her.
