Very rude and unprofessional! My nephew was verbally assaulted and he has a photo of the receptionist giving him the bird. He was told that his insurance was non active, which was a lie. He left Dental Dreams in more pain than when he arrived. It’s a shame how they treat people with disabilities while being black.

this place is trash. rude staff and always takes at least 2 hours before youre even seen by the dentist.
you could improve on refund time. you took my money in 5 seconds and 1 month later still waiting on refund. this place is a joke. JOKE!!!!!!

They’re very unorganized. I’m always waiting over an hour for my appt and now with Covid, they’re even more unorganized. I only come here because they’re the only dentist in the area that takes my insurance. After today, I will not be coming back and will just have to pay out of pocket somewhere else.
I apologize for my attitude.I will go to a black dentist in Owings Mills MD... So I can get my exam my cleaning my bleaching my extractions and sealant if any ....I got good credit money and good insurance I pay for every month...Yes I left my ID at my house in Owings Mills...I felt no one really cared about my mouth hurting and time I took to get to your office...But that’s great and ok....

I called and made appointments for myself, 3 children and niece for Friday, 10/9/20 @ 11 am! We arrived early around 10:45 am as suggested because my 3 year old niece has never been there before! They said that our appointments were not in the system but they’d fix it and see us anyway. My 3 year old niece was refused service after being there over an hour..
