10 am appointment... It is now 11:05 and have not been seen yet.
The was rude I had to wait for 2hours to see the Dentist and then I was told I have to wait another hour, so I rescheduled..also I had to report registration staff to management because of the rudeness I would like to go back because my xrays are there
First they lost my chart and then argued with me up and down I only been there once when I happen to look over to the computer the chart that they pulled up wasn't even mine when they finally did find it my name was spelled all the way wrong and they rest of my info I was real upset due to the fact Ive been to this place several times how do you mix up charts and I had a real concern of what if something happen to me and they had to rely on my dental records it would be a problem I'll never go to them again
Even if you have an appointment and is early for it! You still have to wait forever.... The dentist I had was kinda rude.. Only thing I really like was that thy call the day before as a reminder...
Looooooog wait. Appt @ 10 hour wait! Too many employees here for this ...
