Received Notice my data was compromised. The purchase was fine. Spindles received- very nice! Except now had to cancel my card and now multiple auto-pay accounts have to be reset. If they can't provide proper security - they shouldn't sell on line.
Using the Deck store for our recently purchased beach house. Dealing with Jeremy Wigand has been a pleasure. Very Knowledgeable and helpful ordering right products as well as associated accessories. We ordered Trex Decking that was originally all in stock with their vendor only to find out decking was sold to another client. Jeremy offered full refund but between his expertise and our pre planning we were able to locate solid boards to complete stairs and picture rail to allow project to move forward. I received no communications from them after placing an order online. When I called them they told me that the product would ship some 3 months later. I cancelled the order.
This place is terrible, they charged me a $28 restocking fee for 2 small lights that cost $100 and weighed less than a pound.
