This is an amazing place and the therapists are amazing! The groups have helped me so much when it comes to dealing with my trauma and just life in general!
I've been seeing Lisa for several years. Lisa is the best therapist that I've ever had. She is incredibly dedicated to the DBT Center, it's programs, and its patients. No other therapist was able to help me the way that The DBT Center has. Groups are productive, insightful, and provide a great sense of community. After coming here, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Be aware that in order to be a patient here, you are required to attend both individual as well as in-person group therapy sessions. That is nonnegotiable. So there are no accommodations for virtual or otherwise anonymous group sessions for folks who live or work in the area and who wish to maintain their privacy. Further, when I inquired via email if therapy would be covered by my insurance, the owner requested my personal information and copies of my insurance card via my personal email, which is unsecured. Make sure you know exactly what you will be charged before your appointment. Never been to any therapist or doctors office that charges you for your deductible before they even submit it. Nor was i made aware they would be charging my card or how much. Lisa definitely cares more about money than she does patients.
