When DBT was recommended for our child because the current therapist felt a higher level of care was needed, this was not the facility recommended to us. I've been seeing Lisa for several years. Lisa is the best therapist that I've ever had. She is incredibly dedicated to the DBT Center, it's programs, and its patients. No other therapist was able to help me the way that The DBT Center has. Groups are productive, insightful, and provide a great sense of community. After coming here, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Be aware that in order to be a patient here, you are required to attend both individual as well as in-person group therapy sessions. That is nonnegotiable. So there are no accommodations for virtual or otherwise anonymous group sessions for folks who live or work in the area and who wish to maintain their privacy.
