I gotta say the staff and residents of this place are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The staff is very fair and quick to take care of and listen to your needs and get them addressed. Great Location as well and great things happening here. Keep up the good work!

This places management is the absolute worst. They don't answer your questions or concerns and are so unprofessional. They just look at you stupidly like it isnt their problem. Contemplating trying to BUY A HOUSE instead just to get out of my lease, and I've only been here since July. Nothing but problems after problems. These office people as a whole cant make one competent person in the office. I regret leasing here
I visit my sister in law who lives in The Davenport. It's awful. Just from our walk to the gym from her unit, we spotted 2 crack pipes on the sidewalk. Now, she's usually at my house since her living conditions plummeted since the day she moved in. Her AC has never worked efficiently. There were times where it couldn't come on for days at a time. I've lived here for 10 yrs. And this is the worst management so far. They're so naive and very mean. Mark-Taylor is the worst management I've ever seen I hope we can move out soon very soon.
