**WARNING** The people who run this place are untrustworthy. The women who runs the office will lie and say that utilities are included in the rent and that you’ll only have to pay SRP. I cannot tell how many times I asked before I signed the lease with her about the utilities being included, and she assured me that my rent price would never change. This place has bees in the walls and their AC system is perpetually broken. Which is fine if you're a Balrog, but not if you're an infant In Arizona.
Don’t move here. They will make it seem like everything is great and well managed but it is not. I wish i had read the reviews before signing a lease here. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother stopping in to look especially if you have a family. There is broken glass and cigarettes everywhere and if you live in the west building you won’t have cool air till April which is a ridiculous considering it’s Phoenix. It may be cheap but it is NOT worth it. Glad to have only signed a 7 month lease �
