The staff here do their best to make my living here a great experience. Today I got a Valentine's Day card on my door. It was a silly poem that made this rainy day better.
I really am happy with my stay at The Davenport. Maintenance has been awesome and they followed up with all my requests with no issues. The women that work at the front office are extremely nice and always help with what I need. My neighbors are friendly and I'm happy overall. Thanks again Davenport !
Terrible place to live. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Updated review 4/27/18: Last 72 hours at the Davenport: Day 3 of no air conditioning. It was "fixed" for less than 24 hours. No hot water for almost 3 days (it just came back on not too long ago). I needed plumbing done, so I was notified that the plumber would come on Wednesday. When they did not come (and nobody told me) I was informed that they lost the master key to my apartment, and needed a copy. So I got them a copy of my key.
