Love My Apartment Really great community to live in. Property Manager is always very polite and does a good job with keeping us residents happy. The apartments are really spacious and nice.

New Management - New Lies! When I moved here last year in November I was assigned a parking spot. Now, since management has been changed 3 times we find out there is no longer any assigned parking. On Monday, July 17, 2018 I spoke with the new management (Michelle) who assured me they would take care of the parking situation and it would be free for all residents. Today, July 20, 2018 we received a notice on the doors stating that all reserved parking is first come first serve with a $30 dollar a month fee. So, my question w... read more
Great floorplans, new owners are really making it even nicer! Great location, and they take really good care of you.
Used Cars for Sale This must be the only property around where you can run a used car business from your apartment. There has been at least 7 vehicles within the last month that have been up for sale. Right now there are 2 trucks up for sale as you enter the property from Brown Ave. 1 is parked in front of a sign that says 3min parking. The other is parked in a no parking fire lane space. Real classy.
