Dr. Stewart and the whole staff are great! Location and appointment times are very convenient. The therapies in addition to the adjustments are a huge bonus - massage, hydrotable, Electrical Muscle Stimulation...the works! Highly recommend!!!
I've been coming to Dallas Wellnes Center for close to a year now and have always received the best service and care. Dr. Stewart and the rest of the team have been excellent and has helped my constant neck pain tremendously. I would highly recommend going to see them.
Every encounter I've had with the staff has been professional. Dr. Stewart is very knowledgable, and down to earth. I have been trying to adjust my sleeping postion in order to deal with some low back and neck issues. I was introduced to the Tri-core standard support pillow. I was a bonafide stomach sleeper until my first night with Tri-core. It took me about 1 week to notice a change. I love coming here every weekend to get in some much-needed recovery work! I lift weights so I put a lot of stress on my body during the week. The therapy work and adjustment from Dr. Stewart keeps my body feeling good and in line! Thanks for helping me take care of my body!

Dr. Ryan Stewart at the Dallas Wellness Center and the staff are always a pleasure to be around. The office is very welcoming and patients never have to wait to get treatments. The office offers a variety of therapies to assist in the healing process including overall wellness. Dr. Stewart’s demeanor is always warm and compassionate and he has an enormous wealth of knowledge and POSITIVE ENERGY. I would highly recommend the Dallas Wellness Center to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

The staff is very friendly and the whole ambiance is so relaxing. Had neck and shoulder pain in addition to constant headaches for several years (I'm stubborn). After seeing Dr. Stewart for a month, the pain and headaches were gone.
