Awesome atmosphere, wonderful people and HARD but enjoyable barre and cycle classes! Highly recommend!
Favorite studio in Lake Forest, highly recommend.
It's always a bit daunting starting at a new studio. Everyone (students and instructors) have been so welcoming and helpful. I am loving my Dailey Barre classes with some Cycle 45 mixed in there. Thigh and seat work are love/hate relationships, but turning into more love each time! :)
The instructions really hit the spot, that was hard to achieve before. Great place!
