I am very new, but so far I really like the challenging exercises that I would not know to do on my own. Who knew that such tiny movements can make such a big difference! I appreciate the attention from the instructors to make sure my alignment is correct to get the most out of the workouts. I am feeling the burn! And, optimistic for the way this program will help me reshape by body �.
I just love going to the Lake Forest Dailey Method. The studio is inviting and the staff is friendly. Most of all though, it's a community that sincerely cares about each other. A very supportive environment for everyone who walks in the door.
Instructors are so knowledgeable as well as the lovely owner! A very pleasant environment all around!
