I love it.. Nice place!!��� Nice music. My mom won���� and she is happy�
we checked in on May the 12th -18th we had 3 rooms the elevators were not running right on Sat/Sun and we were on the 31st floor we ended up missing a concert and when I spoke to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do I even asked for a late checkout due to the fact that our fight was at 10:30 PM and was told no they had no rooms however I could pay for another night never said sorry have a cup of coffee on us nothing we wont be back
Derek puts on great parties. Have gone to the Downtown Events Center festivities several time and enjoyed myself!
Nice hotel, rooms are nice. A few hiccups like the shower not turning off, tv's not working, etc but overall a fun place.

We're there every year since the opening of the D. Have family from Indiana and California meet there and we have a blast. Nothing like the D.we love it!!!!!
I was very excited to stay at the D, as I am from Detroit. I was there as a birthday gift from my sons. However, I am very disappointed with my stay. Upon check in our rooms were on separate floors and the wrong size beds. The front desk clerk said there was nothing to be done we would have to stay in these rooms tonight and come back in the morning to straighten it out. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the D Grill last night... great service and great food! The fettuccine and meatballs reminded me almost exactly of my Italian grandma's ❤️ a compliment I've never given to any restaurant! ⭐️
Great hotel to stay at and a great price. Thank you for the great hospitality.
