Reserved room and marked down i needed handicapped bathroom. Website states free wi-fi and rooftop pool and spa. Get to room no handicapped bath, wi-fi states it's 9.99 a day, pool and spa closed. Sent hotel a Facebook message and they told me to call Mr.Lopez the hotel manager. I called twice left messages never did get call back. Carpet was dirty, no coffee marker,no microwave, wind whistled around A/C unit. Sent hotel another message after we got home , no response. Bad way to run hotel.
The staff was great. Rooms were fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again
Best customer service, friendly cheerful, helpful! Beautiful room, wonderful housekeeping. Food at the grill and Coney Island hot dogs was great so was the service.

Nice hotel!! If you don't like the noise from the Freemont Experience avoid the lower floors and the corner rooms. The hotel is accessible to stores where you can get just about anything. Great cheap food spots and a lot of great things to do. The pool was out of service that was not a good thing. I would stay here again.
I spent 4 nights at The D last weekend with my best girlfriend and 2 adult sons. What a fantastic time and a great place. Super friendly right from the valet to check-in, to the attentive bartenders, the dealers, and the girl that made my coffee. Huge shout out and bravo to our am cocktail girl Heather. You ROCKED! DGrill made a fantastic breakfast and Adiamo was superb. The casino was constantly being cleaned. never a sticky machine or a dirty bathroom or ashtray, anywhere! I loved the D hotel. Perfect location for me because I prefer freemont. In Vegas now, but with the kiddos so we are at CC. My next Vegas trip I will be at the D!!!!
