Rude staff! We frequent Vegas once a year and this was our first stay at the D. From the hotel staff, bartenders, security, all incredibly rude and short. The pool was undesirable, located next to a busy intersection. Not the tranquil vacation rest spot you need while visiting a place like Vegas. We love Fremont Street but will not be back to this hotel. The D, please train your staff, this will make a tremendous improvement on what's lacking in your hotel.
WE STAYED ON THE 33RD FLOOR LAST YEAR, THE VIEW WE HAD OF THE MOUNTAINS WERE INCREDIBLE.

We would definitely go back! Fabulous, attentive staff in every area we came in contact with, delicious food and our room was very clean and spacious! How awesome to walk out the casino door directly onto Freemont street under the light show😁
