Horrible first experience!!! They had a major pipe leak from the 2 level floor ! Elevators were blocked & they had no stair entrance for the guest to enter the rooms, our children & my elderly mother were in the room we paid for ! At one point I feared for my life & my family’s who I could not get hold of for more than an hour. Who ever build this hotel clearly didn’t make is safe for us & there guest to get to safety if a emergency occurred. Minus not having enough parking in the parking lot. my stay has been so far really good. they check your temperature everytime you enter the casino, also you need a key card for you room to even enter the hotel elevators which I thought was good. they won't let you past the elevators without it.
From the time we walked in, our temperature was taken, several measures were in place for the safety of the patrons and staff. The steak restaurant upstairs was beyond what we imagined! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! 10 out of 10!
the whole staff is awesome
The actual casinos were much too loud. we could hear and feel them on the 7th floor. location was PERFECT! very clean. friendly staff.
