Easy check in, friendly service, rooms looked nice, minimalist decor, beds were somewhat comfortable if a bit firm. Sadly, would love to have given a higher rating, but two issues stood out that were very frustrating - the elevator system is an absolute nightmare! The design was probably intended to help with traffic control, but unfortunately too many were broken and/or not working properly, and we found long waits, a packed lobby area and full elevators instead. An amazing place to have a great time! The D grill is a great spot for a great breakfast. Coney island dogs are always good for a quick bite! Every time I stay, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are awesome with the rain head showers. All staff are friendly and very helpful!!! Next time I'm trying Andiamo's
Awful hotel, with rude staff. There were roaches in our room and they refused to transfer us when we requested a new room.
Worst experience every. 25 year vegas goer. Casino Manager came down and asked for a 10 dollar bet back because there dealer made a mistake. That was after a review of the survailance tape 3 hand later. Could not show us the evidence would have needed me to get court order. Told to pay or leave. So they throw us out of casino, for not paying for there mistake. I wonder what happens when you break a glass.
Worst hotel service I have ever had. We booked the room for a double queen. However, when we arrived, they didn't have a room that would accommodate us. We paid extra for the panoramic view but didn't get it. we tried to talk with the manager, she said sorry, that's what they had. We tried to get extra sheets but the hotel didn't bring them until 230 am, over 4 hrs later. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. I rented two adjoining rooms here June 22-24. On the morning if the 23rd, a jackhammer like sound erupted from the room above us. This noise occurred every few moments for multiple hours. Upon calling the front desk, we were notified that they were re-tiling the rooms on the floor above us, and that they could move us to another room if necessary. We declined the move as adjoining rooms would not be available. This was both extremely inconsiderate, as well as inconvenient.
My wife and I have been to this casino a couple times before and really enjoyed it, so this we got a room so we could be closer to the action. This always so much night life. My only wish is I could stay more often.
