Brian Czapor showed my home as a buyer’s agent and failed to secure the property afterward. Doors were left unlocked and open in the middle of winter on a day when temperatures were around 12°F. Had I not personally checked the home after the showing, this could have resulted in frozen or burst pipes and significant property damage. Update - This was not a mistaken identity.
