While driving back home to Kentucky from Chicago we had the unfortunate incident of running over a large piece of wood that was in the middle of I-90 causing a flat tire on our 2012 Ford Flex. After putting on the temporary tire we drove on and got off the Merrillville Indiana exit hoping to find a place to repair the flat tire. Brought in 2 22" wheels that got dented on some potholes and refused to hold air. dropped them off on a Sat at noon and had the call to pick them up same day ready to roll. Even helped us out with waiting around an extra half hour after closing so we could get them back. Would recommend anyone here!
Brought in 2 - 22" x 45 x 285 tires with bent rims to Tazz at the butiek. Been driving on these bent factory GMC rims for a while and just couldn't take the shim anymore. A friend had recommended these guys and I am so glad he did! Tazz took care of me in no time at all. He was fair, honest, and super helpful. After returning from the dealership and realizing my bent rim was leaking air in my tire, I was quoted $800+ for one rim. . . . ugh!!! Brought it to Custom Butiek and was fixed in 2 hours for $130. . . Sweet!!!!! Awesome service! Thanks Tony & Frank!
What a great place!! Had to use their service 2 times for bent rims from potholes. Both times we received great prices and excellent service and nice turn-around time. Honest and reliable. Please use them for all of your rim/wheel needs.
They did a really good job on my 28 inch rim it just like new !
Took rim in because we hit a pot hole. Picked up rim, looked completely different and scratched up. Either they completely scratched it up repairing it, or they gave me a completely different damaged rim. My wife and I looked at the rim when we took it in. It looked nothing like the damaged rim we picked up. $90 down the drain...
