This shop is THE place to go if you have bent rims. I didn't even know about this place until a week before I went. I have very expensive rims and I was hoping that they could fix my rims so I wouldn't have to buy another set. They took the time to show me each rim before and after they were fixed. I took my 13 A6 Audi into them to straighten 3 slightly bent rims. I waited for it to be done. After they finished I looked over the rims and saw that the bad passenger rim had a chip of the clear coat missing along with other spots were discolored. I called the young man out and showed it to him. I had washed the car the day before, so I know there was NO damage on that rim. My rim was bent, cracked, wouldn’t hold air, and it had my car wobbly. I thought I had to go to the dealer and pay about $500 for a brand new rim. These guys fixed my rim and made it look brand new in 2 hours. They were professional and quick. I thank them for saving my rim and saving me money.
I brought in 2 cracked and bent 19" wheels from my Audi, when I first got to the shop the electicity was out and these guys still took on the job with no worries! They tell me when the power is on we can fix those! And let me tell you they look better than new!!! I highly recommend The Custom Butiek above all!!!
