This property is luxurious only on the website! Definitely needs a renovation and more attention, the hallways needs deep cleaning and fresh painting, the courtyard needs cleaning and more care. The tenants are too noisy (screaming and loud music during all day and late evening) and there is no respect for the others (dirty near the garbage disposal). This property is not a place to call home, The steal your packages, after one year you have to pay utilities separately, Bad management and rude, and also they charge you for things that they were never and your apartment, parking lot leaking everywhere, I really don't recommend living here

Great manager and maintenance staff. Overall, it's been a solid experience living here. Great value for the neighborhood and the management responds to requests quickly and actively.
Manager allowed my ex-girlfriend to have the locks changed to lock me out. Neither of us are on the lease. Ex called pretending to be lease holder and told manager to not provide me with a key. I have utilities in my name there. We've both lived there over a year.
