I was yelled at here by the owner and it was the rudest I have ever been treated at any restaurant. Me and my friends were setting our backpacks down and then were going to get coffee when he yelled at us that we can't just sit here and not buy anything. We didn't even sit down just simply put our bags down. Keep in mind there were many empty tables/ barley anyone there. I will never recommend this restaurant and will never come back. I used to love coming to The Cup to sit outside and work on my computer. Their iced chai is great and so are their sandwiches. But the employees are just plain rude. No one will answer questions or be friendly in any way. I’ve seen them get in arguments with customers. Service is just as important as your product & there are plenty of other local coffee shop options that treat people well.
