I used to love coming to the Cup. They won’t get my money ever again, the employees were the rudest people
I usually visit Muncie in the summer, so when I come here, it’s usually empty at the cup. This time I had an iced latte and a breakfast sandwich, both of which were excellent. This is always one of my must visit stops when I return to my hometown.
customer service was not good :( the young lady did not welcome me, ask what i wanted to order, or smile. as i walked up to order not a single word came out of her mouth, seemed like she was having a bad day. she had a blank look on her face:/ i ordered a smoothie. it was VERY mid unfortunately. just syrup & ice. nearly $9 for a cup smaller than the size of my hand
