Lived here for the last 5 years and Koy was the best experience besides living there! Matt also was super helpful and always coming through whenever anything needed to be fixed. Absolutely an amazing living experience and I highly recommend!!❤️❤️❤️
I’m a current resident and have lived here for 8 months. In the span of 8 months I have had: 1. My heat go out 2. My hot water heater stop working 3. The actual knob to the shower fall off 4. My AC go out the FIRST time 5. My fire alarms were replaced and then the next day just started going off (all 3 at once) for hours because the wires went bad and needed to be replaced 6.
