Koy ave is the Best in the Office SHE Willy make sure you are happy home
I went into the office to communicate with Kay the assistant manager about an adult who threatened to drop kick my 9 year old son I walk in there and I’m telling her what happened and the manager in the office with the door open didn’t even come out to help or ask any questions he just sat there quiet the way the apartments are run now is sad and un perfessional and everyone will most likely be leaving and breaking leases due to your manager not doing his job
Koy is a 10/10 human being overall. She is so thorough with her process & genuinely cares. She is hands down the most personable property manager (pardon me if I messed the title up) I’ve ever met. She makes it so I want to go to the office to say hi when we move in! Thank you!
Currently in the applying stage and Koy has been extremely helpful, she took the time to show me the area and what was offered. Her transparency and communication has been great! She’s in the office and you can bet she will go above and beyond. Than you Koy!
