Currently in the applying stage and Koy has been extremely helpful, she took the time to show me the area and what was offered. Her transparency and communication has been great! She’s in the office and you can bet she will go above and beyond. Than you Koy!

While the manager office has shown immense kindness in trying to fix things at my move -in that should never have been an issue to begin with, in such an expensive apt complex ( it took 6 weeks to fix all issues after move in), overall I’m a bit baffled that no one is bothered to return my emails or phone calls in re to doing things the proper way and getting permission before hanging pictures, etc. Maintenance has always been on top of trying to find solutions and fixing issues asap. I appreciate this.
I've had a great experience with The Crossings at St. Charles. The property is well maintained, and it's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the community clean, attractive, and running smoothly. I also want to recognize the assistant manager, Koy.
