The apartments here are absolutely beautiful and we back to Bear Creek Park! I, personally, have a view of a gorgeous creek from my bedroom window. There is NOTHING like the view of the trees, creek, and mountains after a snow fall! It literally looks like a Hallmark card (see comments)! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the maintenance crew is superb! I can call the office with a maintenance request and 10 minutes later, maintenance is calling me, ready to do the work. Friendly staff and great accommodations
I would like to say something good but I just can not. It has been a problem from the very beginning. Everything thing is an imposition on management. I feel like they are just to important to deal with maintaining the property after they have your signature on the dotted line. Nothing is what it seems to be. The residents are here to service the manager and not the other way around. We are customers and management is unaware of the importance of truth.It is only important to them to sell and not to deliver.
treat bedbugs with heat instead of that crosscut dirt that gives people skin irritations. you blame the residents and don't take responsibility

I moved from another state and Sheree made the process amazingly easy. I've been here a few weeks and have been very pleased. My neighbors are wonderful and my minor initial maintenance request was handled within a few hours.
So i tried to give this place a chance but let me tell you a story. My roommate goes early in the morning and gets shown the property, gets a nice look and loves it, calls me to check it out. So i come in later the same day and suddenly nothing to show? Nothing to see? I dont get even offered an application. After i tell my roommate what i experienced she describes a young lady who helped her and unfortunately i was stuck with the older lady, who is the MANAGER?!?!?
