Love it here. The area is quiet and convenient
We have lived here over 6 years- moved from a beautiful six story apartment over to the townhomes. Have always felt safe here. Location is great. Any concerns have always been addressed. Tenants-neighbors always nice. Love living here.
I love this community and all of its amenities. The leasing office has had some turnover, but everyone has been terrific. That's why I've just renewed for another year, and I'm really very happy with my little home and community!
While visiting a friend - I was taken back by some things I heard. I checked out some reviews before I visited as I am considering a second apartment in Orange County. As a pet owner, I could never consider living here if there is any possibility that the management would contact animal control on a tenant without first having attempted to contact the tenant - for sure you want documented attempts to contact the tenant. I read a review where the end result was a tenant having to have their dog euthanized.
you are just an apartment number and a rent check here, lets just ignore the fact management put me in a situation where I was forced to euthanize my dog. Zero care for residents
